My teeth will never be truly white unless I get veneers. I have tetracycline stains from antibiotics I took when I was a kid. The upside is that I have teeth of iron and my dentist attributes this to the drug, but I would prefer average white teeth. I have used Crest White Strips off and on since they came on the market, but they are just so expensive now. I used to pay $15, now they are over $30 for the same number of strips.

I was in Walgreens the other day reading some of their store brand labels when I ran across the Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening Gel. This was just the single tube and not the kit with the mouthwash and bit. I figured I would take a chance for $6.99. I have plastic mouth trays from other products and used the gel in those for uppers and lowers. The results were amazing! I put the trays in before my shower and took them out when I was ready to do makeup. Around 15 minutes total. My teeth were about 4 shades whiter. The same results would have taken the Crest Strips at least a week to accomplish. I am very pleased with this product and recommending it to anyone with darkened teeth. Obviously, the darker your teeth the better your results.

You can also put this directly onto your teeth with a Q-tip. Just make sure you put a thin layer on. When I put it into my mouth trays, I don't do a single strip of product all the way across the tray. I put a dot in the front and one on each side. When I put the tray in my mouth, I move it back and forth a little to get it over all of my teeth. People who complain of swallowing product or it irritating their gums usually put way too much product on, so use just a little and build up if you need more.
