A couple of posts back, I talked about how my face has been itching and breaking out while using Everyday Minerals foundation. I stopped using their product the day of the post and my skin has already cleared up. Amazing. I have been using Spell's Harmony Foundation and it's a world of difference. It has better coverage than the EM and I can do my entire face in a couple of swipes. I was spending quality time and probably a lot of brush irritation to get the same result with the EM.
I'm not certain what the difference is in these foundations. On the surface, they have the same ingredients. The only difference I can see is the forms of Mica that are used. Spell uses Sericite and Silk Mica.
Spell Harmony Foundation: Sericite Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Silk Mica: may contain: iron oxides, ultramarine blue
Everyday Minerals Foundation: Mica (CI 77019), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Zinc Oxide (CI 77947), Iron Oxides (CI 77489, CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499). May contain: Ultramarines (CI 77007).
I love this blog! I am following now. I am learning so much already! THANK YOU!
